Instructions

  1. Make a pizza dough from the ingredients and let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Then pound the dough flat and roll it into a roll. Cut the roll into about 15 equal pieces. Now press each piece flat with your fist so that it is only 3-5 mm thick.
  3. Bake the round slices in hot oil.
  4. Serve the Panzerotti warm, they go very well with cheese. If you make them a little thicker, you can cut them open and fill them with stracchino or gorgonzola. Then they taste heavenly!
