- Halve the lime or lemon and squeeze out. If necessary, cut one half into wedges to decorate and only squeeze out half the lime / lemon.
- Halve the papaya and remove the seeds. Remove the pulp from the skin and drizzle with the lime / lemon juice.
- Puree the papaya and sugar with a hand blender. Stir the cold water into the papaya puree.
- Add yogurt and stir well. Stir in the cinnamon and immediately pour the puree into glasses. Decorate with a lime / lemon wedge if necessary.
