Instructions

  1. Halve the papaya, remove the seeds and remove the pulp from the skin. Squeeze the lime. Puree the papaya, lime juice, orange juice and quark thoroughly. Sweeten with sugar or sweetener as desired.
  2. The shake is very refreshing, low in calories (if you prepare it without sugar) and high in protein (low-fat quark has approx. 12% protein) and is therefore a good and inexpensive alternative to expensive protein shakes, especially since vitamins are included! And so delicious
