Cut the ham into narrow strips, peel and dice the onion. Clean the pepper and cut into small cubes.
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
In the meantime, heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and pepper cubes in it. Add the ham strips and fry them briefly. Pour in the cream and vegetable stock, add ajvar and simmer briefly. Mix the egg and yolk with about 4 tablespoons of the cream mixture from the pan, then stir into the sauce. Don`t let it boil now! Add the parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
