Wash the breast fillets, pat dry and cut into fine strips. Wash the pepper and cut it into fine strips. Finely dice the onion and garlic.
Fry both in a pan with hot oil until translucent. Then add the chicken breast and fry all over until the meat is white. Then add a little salt and pepper and add the pepper strips.
Cut the zucchini into thin slices and add them as well. Steam everything for 5 minutes and then stir in paprika powder and tomato paste. Deglaze everything with white wine and chicken stock and simmer for another 5 minutes on a low flame.
Stir in the whipped cream, bring to the boil again and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. You can also eat freshly baked ciabatta or baguette.
