Instructions

  1. Wash the breast fillets, pat dry and cut into fine strips. Wash the pepper and cut it into fine strips. Finely dice the onion and garlic.
  2. Fry both in a pan with hot oil until translucent. Then add the chicken breast and fry all over until the meat is white. Then add a little salt and pepper and add the pepper strips.
  3. Cut the zucchini into thin slices and add them as well. Steam everything for 5 minutes and then stir in paprika powder and tomato paste. Deglaze everything with white wine and chicken stock and simmer for another 5 minutes on a low flame.
