Wash the meat and pat dry. Clean and wash the peppers and cut everything into fine strips. Clean the zucchini and cut into slices. Finely dice the onion and garlic.
Sweat the onion and garlic in a pan in hot oil until translucent. Push aside and fry the meat in the frying fat all over until it is white. Then season with salt and move aside as well.
Sweat the paprika strips and the zucchini slices in the frying fat and stir in the paprika powder with tomato paste. Deglaze with white wine and chicken stock and simmer very gently for about 5 minutes.
Finally stir in the whipped cream, bring to the boil again and season with salt and paprika powder. Freshly baked baguette can be served with it, for example.
