Instructions

  1. First fry the onions, garlic and peppers in the olive oil, add the lentils and deglaze with water. Add the spices and simmer for about 40 minutes.
  2. Stir in the sour cream and season again with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the rice as usual and serve with it.
