Chop the bell pepper, onion and garlic and simmer in a saucepan over medium heat for a few minutes. Stir in ajvar, pepper and tomato paste. Deglaze with vegetable stock. Add the cream and bring to the boil while stirring. Puree the sauce and season with smoked paprika powder, pepper and salt.
Goes well with schnitzel and french fries, but also with gnocchi.
