Cut the peppers into small cubes, press the garlic. Put both in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients. Taste hearty. If you like it a bit spicier, add a little chilli and one or two additional cloves of garlic.
Put the whole thing in the refrigerator for a few hours, but it doesn`t have to be. I never do it because I always need the dip right away. Super delicious with baguette or grilled.
