Mix the quark, milk, oil, salt and oregano or basil. Add the baking powder and knead well, then do the same with the flour. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface into a large rectangle about 1cm thick.
Cut the paprika and feta into very small pieces and season with salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Spread the pepper-feta mixture evenly on the dough and carefully roll up the dough lengthways.
Use a large knife to cut off approx. 3 cm thick slices and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake the snacks for 15 minutes at 180 ° until light brown.
