Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, milk, oil, salt and oregano or basil. Add the baking powder and knead well, then do the same with the flour. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface into a large rectangle about 1cm thick.
  2. Cut the paprika and feta into very small pieces and season with salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Spread the pepper-feta mixture evenly on the dough and carefully roll up the dough lengthways.
  3. Use a large knife to cut off approx. 3 cm thick slices and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake the snacks for 15 minutes at 180 ° until light brown.
