Wash the peppers and remove the shell of the peppers. Then cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces. Dice the Gouda as well as the peppers (amount as required) and place in a bowl with the peppers. Now just dice the onion and add it too. Finally, all you have to do is pour the cream dressing over it and you`re done.
For the dressing, mix the cream and herb mixture and add fresh chives.
