- Clean the cabbage and paprika, remove the hard stalk and separating membranes, then cut into 2 cm diamonds.
- Peel and dice the onion.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion cubes until translucent. Add the vegetables, fry them briefly, then deglaze with the stock.
- Add the pizza tomatoes, reduce the heat, cover and simmer over a low heat for around 20 minutes.
- Mix the cornstarch in the wine and use it to thicken the dish a little.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and parsley.
- Serve with boiled potatoes or fresh white bread and green salad.
