Wash the peppers, remove the style and seeds, and quarter.
Throw peppers skin down on the grill in summer or in the oven in the cold season!
The peppers are grilled until they are partly black on the outside and the skin has possibly already cracked. Because then the skin can be peeled off wonderfully!
You don`t necessarily have to peel off all of the skin, but it tastes better!
Then the peppers are salted and marinated in olive oil.
Let it steep a little more and then enjoy!
Is particularly suitable as an accompaniment to grilled food or as a starter with fresh white bread!
