Dice the onions and garlic and sauté in the pan with a little fat until translucent. Cut the peppers into cubes or strips. Also put in the pan. Season to taste with the spices and vegetable broth.
Cut the leftover meat / sausage into approx. 1 cm cubes and, when the peppers soften, add to the pan. Stir well and fry until the leftovers are hot, they`re done already. Season again with spices, possibly with a little chilli.
