Ingredients
- 1 red pepper (s), cut into strips
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, cut into strips
- 1 green pepper (s), cut into strips
- 100 g onion (s), diced
- 1 clove (s) garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 200 g tomato (s), peeled and finely chopped
- 5 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 3 tablespoon crème fraîche or sour cream
- Basil, dried
- Oregano, dried
- 300 g meat sausae, rouhly diced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Put the paprika, onion, garlic and oil in the MicroPlus (2.25 l) and place in the microwave with the lid at 600 watts for approx. 3 minutes.
- Then add the remaining ingredients, stir and place in the microwave again with the lid on for about 15 minutes at 600 watts.
- Then let stand for 5 minutes and then season to taste
