Dice the onions and fry them in a pan in a little olive oil until translucent. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into pieces. When the onions are lightly roasted, add the pepper pieces and fry briefly. Then add the minced meat, fry until brown and crumbly and season everything with salt and pepper.
Add enough water to cover everything well. Bring to the boil and stir in the tomato paste. Cook until the sauce is nice and red. Add marjoram and chilli, simmer briefly and season with salt and pepper.
