Sear the chicken strips in 1 tablespoon of oil, set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan, fry the onions until golden brown, add the paprika and sweat for 1-2 minutes. Deglaze with sour cream, add mustard and season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken and serve with fresh parsley.
This goes well with rice, but also boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
