Mix the mince, eggs, 50 g onions, breadcrumbs, 4 tablespoons water and spices. Bring the broth to the boil and cook the dumplings in it. Cooking pasta.
Chop the garlic, sauté in butter with the onion, sweat with flour and fill up with dumpling broth and tomato paste. Dice and add peppers and cook for 5 minutes. Add pasta and dumplings, season to taste and sprinkle with parsley.
