Cut the ham into small cubes and also dice the washed red pepper. In a smaller, only very lightly greased non-stick pan, lightly fry the diced ham, then add the diced paprika and roast everything for a while. In the meantime, crack open the eggs, put them in a glass, sprinkle with a little milk and salt as desired, and then pour into the pan. Stir briefly and let set slowly over low heat. If you like, you can pour some freshly ground pepper over it. Then lift out of the pan with a kitchen spatula and serve.
