Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the peppers, fry them in the grill for 8-10 minutes, let them cool down a little, peel them and cut them into small pieces. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in salted water. Peel and chop the garlic, add cumin, paprika powder, 1 teaspoon salt, vinegar and oil to the peppers and puree everything finely. Drain the potatoes, let them steam briefly, mash immediately and mix with the pepper mixture.
  2. Go with meat or poultry.
  3. We also like it cold on bread or as a dip.
