Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces (such as for boiled potatoes).
  2. Heat the oil, brown the onion. Tomato paste short !!! toast.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes, cut the tomato into pieces, add to the saucepan with the potatoes, deglaze with a little water (approx. 1/4 l) and season with paprika powder, salt and pepper. Let cook for approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
  4. Bockwurst sausages, Viennese sausages, sliced meat sausages or chicken drumsticks also taste great.
