Cut the meat, bell pepper and onion into bite-sized pieces. Put the oil in a pan, squeeze the garlic directly into it and fry it with the meat. If you like more garlic, you can of course put more in it.
Add the peppers and onions, fry a little, add tomato paste, deglaze with the stock and add the rice. Add paprika powder to taste and simmer until the rice is cooked, takes about 20-25 minutes.
Depending on how you feel, you can also add a little more broth.
