Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and drain.
  2. In a large pan, steam the diced onions together with the garlic until translucent. Then add the paprika and sauté briefly. Then put the tomatoes and the spread in the pan, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, possibly a little granular broth and a pinch of sugar and simmer a little over a low heat. The peppers should still have some bite.
  3. Then mix in the salmon and pasta and season to taste again.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley before serving and sprinkle with a little parmesan if necessary.
