Wash, core and dice the paprika and the chilli pepper. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Heat the oil in the pan. Brown the paprika, chilli, garlic, zucchini and aubergine cubes in it.
Stir in tomato paste and ketchup and reduce a little. Then puree the sauce and season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Fold in the coriander.
