Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and whisk with paprika, salt and water.
  2. Melt a very small piece of butter in a small coated pan and roast the pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in it. Then pour the beaten eggs over them in one go and let them set.
  3. A healthy and delicious breakfast or dinner or a snack in between.
  4. Small note: the scrambled eggs look a little darker thanks to the paprika powder.
