Instructions

  1. Wash, core and dice the peppers, place in a salad bowl with the finely chopped garlic, add the vinegar and oil. Finally, fold in the feta cheese cut into cubes. Season to taste with herbs, pepper and salt and cover and let the salad steep for at least 1 hour. Then season again if necessary. The salad goes great with grilled food or makes a light meal together with ciabatta bread. TIP: If you don`t like sheep cheese, you can also use Gouda, Emmentaler or similar!
