Make a dough out of flour, salt, oil and water. Add just enough water to make a firm dough when kneaded. Divide the dough into 8-10 balls and roll them out to about 20 cm in diameter, about as thick as a 50-cent piece.
Heat the Biskin in a pan and bake the loaves one after the other over medium heat for about 5 minutes each.
