Wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil and bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes. Then place the warm tortillas on a piece of aluminum foil, brush with the cream cheese, cover with green lettuce leaves, and place the Parma ham on top.
Mix a marinade from the Dijon mustard and olive oil, drizzle on the ham. Freshly ground pepper over it and roll it up carefully. Wrap the foil and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour, even overnight, no problem!
