For the omelette, mix the eggs with the milk, half of the parmesan, oregano, basil and a pinch of salt. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Pour the egg mixture into a pan with olive oil. Then spread a couple of tomato quarters on top. Let set over medium heat for approx. 5 minutes, then turn carefully and let set again for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, wash and sort the rocket. You can either leave the ham whole or roughly cut it.
Arrange the finished omelette on a plate, then arrange the remaining tomato quarters, ham, rocket and the remaining parmesan on top. Finally sprinkle some pepper from the grinder on top.
