Instructions

  1. Finely grate the parmesan. Scatter 4 circles each 9 cm in diameter on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper, not too thick, the cheese will run! Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C, fan oven 175 ° C, gas mark 3, until golden brown in 5-8 minutes. Remove from the tray with the spatula and place on upturned small cups with a diameter of 4-5 cm. Immediately press lightly with a kitchen towel and then allow to cool.
  2. Mix the vinegar with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Beat in the oil vigorously. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash the basil and finely chop except for something to garnish. Mix everything with the mozzarella.
