Clean and chop the vegetables and fry them briefly in a pan with the oil. Pour in the vegetable stock, white wine and cream and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Let it simmer for at least 30 - 40 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the minced meat with the spices, the sour cream and the parmesan, shape into small balls and simmer in the sauce for about 20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
