Fry the ham until crispy, remove from the pan and set aside.
Put some oil in the pan and add the potato noodles, shortly afterwards the onions. Fry until the potato noodles are light brown. Then add a hazelnut-sized amount of tomato paste and continue to fry briefly. Add the ham again and season with the herbs, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Finally add the parmesan, stir and wait for it to melt.
