Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Finely grate the parmesan.
  2. Wash the peeled potatoes and cut in half lengthways. Cook the potato halves in salted water for about 15 minutes. Remove from the boiling water and allow to drain, then place in a flat casserole dish with the cut surface facing up. Salt and pepper the potato halves and sprinkle neatly with the parmesan. Now let so much olive oil run into the mold that the bottom is slightly covered - do not let the oil run on (!) The potatoes.
  3. Put the baking dish in the hot oven for approx. 20 minutes. The Parmesan potatoes are ready when the cheese is nicely browned. Serve hot.
