Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into even 2 cm cubes.
Put the potato cubes in a bowl, add oil. Mix the garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika and parmesan and sprinkle over the prepared potatoes, mix carefully. Then pour into a refractory tin.
Cook in the oven for 45 minutes. Stir carefully every 15 minutes so that the potatoes brown on all sides.
Fits as a side dish to various meat dishes, as well as a main meal with lettuce.
