Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Clean the broccoli, peel the stalk and cut into thin slices. Cut the broccoli florets into thin slices with a sharp knife. Place the slices on a greased baking sheet.
  2. Press the garlic and mix with 8 tablespoons of olive oil and a little salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the broccoli.
  3. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper and fry them on both sides in the remaining oil in a pan. Place the chicken breast fillets on top of the broccoli. Cook the meat with the vegetables in the hot oven on the middle rack for 25 minutes.
  4. Finely grate the parmesan, chop the parsley, mix both and season with the lemon zest, lemon juice and cyenne pepper. After 20 minutes, pour the parmesan mix onto the chicken, press lightly and bake for another 5 minutes. Then serve immediately.
