First sear the meat, let it cool down again and put it in a baking dish. Drain the mushrooms and mix with the gyros. Mix the sour cream, cream and the processed cheese together well and pour over the gyros. The casserole dish is then placed in the refrigerator overnight to pull it through.
The next day all you have to do is put the casserole in the oven and bake it at 160 degrees. After about 40 minutes, the halved rolls are placed on the casserole with the cut edge facing down and baked for about 8 minutes.
