Weigh 100 g of spelled into the Thermomix and grind at level 10 for 30 seconds. Weigh in the remaining ingredients except for the various grains and knead for 1.5 to 2 minutes with the kneading button.
Put some oil on the work surface (no flour!). Remove the mixing bowl and its contents and throw it onto the work surface. The dough comes out very easily after a few seconds. Remove the remnants of dough with the oiled fingers or with the oiled spatula, insert again if necessary, press the turbo button and push the remains together from the edge with the dough spatula.
Shape a roll, use the spatula to divide about 16-18 slices, press the slices into the different grains or grain mixture and place them upside down on a baking sheet with permanent baking foil with a little space between them.
Let rise in the oven at the lowest temperature (50 degrees) for at least 15 minutes. Then bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
