Cut the feta cheese into small, square pieces and place in a salad bowl. Drain the pineapple pieces (collect some juice) and add to the cheese. Cut the spring onions into small rolls and add them to the salad. Finally, mix about 100 ml pineapple juice with the sour cream and herbs and pour over the ingredients, stir well. Already done, no seasoning necessary! Now just let it sit for a few hours.
