Pour the ingredients into the BBA one after the other except for the grains and the cup of water. Set to knead dough.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and place the mug with water in the bottom of the oven.
When the dough is ready (my BBA takes 1.5 hours) take the dough out and form small balls. Dip these into the different grains, moisten a little if necessary.
Place a springform ring on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the dough balls in it and let rise for 15 minutes.
