Instructions

  1. Prepare a yeast dough from yeast, flour, water, milk, salt, cooking oil and honey and let rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes. In the meantime you can distribute the different grains (poppy seeds, sesame, etc.) on different saucers. Then knead the yeast dough again and shape into 30 rolls of the same size. Whisk the egg yolk with the milk and use it to spread the top of the rolls (so that the grains stick nicely to the dough) and alternately dip into the different grains on the saucers. For buns without grains, just brush with egg milk so that it shines nicely. Then place the individual rolls on the baking sheet. The arrangement on the tray is up to you, but make sure that the individual rolls are close to each other and can stick together during baking. Let rise again for approx. 10 minutes and then bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes.
