Boil and peel the almonds, then toast them. Chop them together with the candied fruits, ideally turn through the meat grinder. Put 1 tablespoon of the mixture aside.
Wash and dry the raisins.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Pour in the cream and keep beating until it becomes thick.
Mix in the vanilla sugar, the softened butter and the quark. Finally fold in the raisins, almonds and candied fruits.
Line a mold with a cheesecloth or a smooth kitchen towel, put the pasha in it and cover with the ends of the cloth. Place a small plate with weights on it and let it steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Overturn the pascha and garnish with the remaining almonds and fruits.
The dessert is really very powerful and substantial, but incredibly tasty.
