• 1 liter passion fruit juice

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a suitable mixing bowl and chop up with a hand mixer or comparable food processor with a pureeing function.
2. Store the drink in a cool place until consumption and consume within 1 - 2 days.
3. We recommend serving the schnapps in a shaker. You can decorate this with a pink ribbon and refill it with cool schnapps if necessary. Of course, a glass carafe does the nicer job here, as long as the pouring into the pin works without spillage.
4. Tip 1: The pink Lady Schnaps comes into its own in a martini glass, which you can fill with a mini strawberry skewer. Plan more strawberries for this. As a further highlight for your party drink, you can moisten the edge (about 3 mm) of the martini glasses upside down in lemon juice and then dip them in sugar. Both ingredients (lemon juice and sugar) are put into two deep plates or comparable containers beforehand. Let the lemon and sugar rim dry for a while.
5. Tip 2: no strawberries at hand? Mix the other ingredients with a hand mixer and add a little strawberry syrup or grenadine. This is also how they get a pink drink. Make sure that you compensate for the missing liquid with more passion fruit juice.
