Ingredients

• 6 mint leaves
• 0.5 ½ lime (s), juice from it
• 0.5 ½ lime (s), 2 small pieces it
• 2 teaspoons, heaped cane sugar, brown
• 4 cl rum, white
• 1 passion fruit (s), ripe
• Ice cubes
• Mineral water, to fill up
• Mint, for garnish

Instructions

1. Put the mint, the lime juice, 2 pieces of lime and the cane sugar in a glass and mash with a wooden pestle.
2. Add the inside of the passion fruit and the rum. Add 6-8 ice cubes and fill up with mineral water.
3. Garnish with a straw and 1-2 mint leaves.
