- Briefly bring the milk with the vanilla sugar or the vanilla pod to the boil and remove from the stove.
- Knead the flour well with the soft butter and slowly add to the still warm milk and stir well together. Add 1 egg white and stir quickly.
- Put the mixture in a bowl and mix with the orange liqueur and passion fruit meat. Mix in the egg yolks slowly one after the other.
- Beat the rest of the egg white with the sugar until stiff. Fold the egg whites into the passion fruit mixture, spoon by spoon.
- Pour the soufflé mixture into 4 well-greased molds. (Fill approx. 3/4)
- Carefully place the molds in a hot water bath and put everything together in the preheated oven.
- Bake at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
- After the baking time, carefully remove the soufflés and sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired.
