Instructions

  1. Briefly bring the milk with the vanilla sugar or the vanilla pod to the boil and remove from the stove.
  2. Knead the flour well with the soft butter and slowly add to the still warm milk and stir well together. Add 1 egg white and stir quickly.
  3. Put the mixture in a bowl and mix with the orange liqueur and passion fruit meat. Mix in the egg yolks slowly one after the other.
  4. Beat the rest of the egg white with the sugar until stiff. Fold the egg whites into the passion fruit mixture, spoon by spoon.
  5. Pour the soufflé mixture into 4 well-greased molds. (Fill approx. 3/4)
  6. Carefully place the molds in a hot water bath and put everything together in the preheated oven.
  7. Bake at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
  8. After the baking time, carefully remove the soufflés and sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired.
  9. (Since the soufflés collapse quickly, they should be consumed immediately)
