- Put the pulp of the passion fruit through a sieve, it should be about 120 g of juice. Mix the juice with the yoghurt and the spices well.
- Whip the cream with vanilla sugar, lightly sweet and stiff. Then pull into the fruit yoghurt mixture.
- Cool well and freeze in the ice cream maker in approx. 20 - 30 minutes. Then place the ice cream in the freezer to freeze.
