Instructions

  1. Put the pulp of the passion fruit through a sieve, it should be about 120 g of juice. Mix the juice with the yoghurt and the spices well.
  2. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar, lightly sweet and stiff. Then pull into the fruit yoghurt mixture.
  3. Cool well and freeze in the ice cream maker in approx. 20 - 30 minutes. Then place the ice cream in the freezer to freeze.
