Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente, if necessary keep it warm in the pot. Melt the butter in the pan over a low heat. Add the parmesan and cream, stirring constantly, allow the sauce to thicken a little. Add parsley, season with salt and pepper, stir well. Add the sauce to the pasta, mix well until it sticks to the pasta. Best served sprinkled with parsley.
