Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente and strain them well. Cut the onion into cubes, the bell pepper into small half strips and the meatloaf into small cubes. Chop the parsley too.
Put all-round seasoning Asia and a dash of olive oil in a pan. Alternatively, put a piece of ginger, some chilli and 1 - 2 cloves of garlic, all very small, with plenty of olive oil in the pan. Fry the onion, bell pepper and meat loaf in it a little. Then add the corn, parsley and pasta, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Put everything in an ungreased baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes.
