Instructions

  1. The noodles are pre-cooked (but only lightly so that they don`t mash afterwards).
  2. TIP: If you want it to go faster, heat the water with the kettle, add a little salt to the saucepan and bring to the boil. Bring the pasta to the boil briefly.
  3. It`s EVEN faster if you just have (firm!) Pasta left over from the day before.
  4. Incidentally, the oven to 180 °
  5. The ham and peach halves are diced. Then Tomato al Gusto, cream, ham, peaches, peach juice, salt, pepper and some chili powder are mixed together well.
  6. The pasta is placed in a casserole dish and the sauce is poured over it.
  7. The cheese is diced and spread out generously until everything is covered.
  8. The casserole is then placed in the oven for about 8-10 minutes. The cheese must have melted nicely, but not brown!
  9. ONE MORE TIP:
  10. - It also tastes very tasty if you leave the ham out of the sauce and use pork fillet / chicken breast fillet. To do this, just briefly melt some fat in the pan, briefly fry the fillets seasoned with salt and pepper until crispy and line the casserole dish with it. Pour the sauce over it and then the cheese.
  11. You can also serve noodles (separately) with this.
  12. - If there is no cream in the house and you still want this casserole, you can easily replace it with milk and a beaten egg. I tested it myself, it tastes just as good.
  13. This casserole is really very simple and you really can`t go wrong with it.
