Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the package instructions and drain. Divide the broccoli into small florets and cook briefly in hot water until firm to the bite.
  2. Wash the chicken breast and cut into small pieces. Cut the onion into half rings and finely dice the garlic clove. Lightly fry the chicken with the onion and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and paprika powder. As soon as the meat has taken on a good color, briefly add the hollandaise sauce to the pan and stir in the frozen herbs. The pan should not be too hot, otherwise the sauce will stick.
  3. Mix the pasta with the broccoli in a greased baking dish. Pour the sauce over it and season with a few chilli flakes. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread over the pasta with the grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes until the cheese has the desired brown color.
