Cook the pasta in salted water. Cut the ham into cubes.
Mix the tomatoes with the eggs and cream. Squeeze the garlic clove and add. Season the sauce with oregano, basil, lovage, thyme, sugar, salt and pepper.
Cover the bottom of a baking dish with a third of the cooked pasta, then place half of the ham cubes and half of the sauce on top. Repeat the process. Finally, distribute the rest of the pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake the casserole in the oven at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.
